DC Marijuana Lawyer Blog

AP News from the Other Washington – the ACLU of Washington State is reporting that after marijuana law reform in that state annual prosecutions went from 5,531 in 2012  to just 120 in 2013.  The 120 were people charged with more than one ounce. In June, Washington State’s new legal sales will begin, so these 120 may go to zero this year. Stay tuned.
